Winston County crash kills 42-year-old woman

WINSTON COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Winston County crash ended with a fatality after a car overturned.

The wreck happened around 2:40 P.M., December 25.

According to Winston County officials, Mandy Watson was killed on Crystal Ridge Road, near Louisville, when the car she was driving overturned.

The 42-year-old was not wearing a seat belt and was trapped under her car.

The Winston County Coroner pronounced Watson dead on the scene.

The Sheriff’s Office and Coroner’s Office are investigating the cause of the accident.
