Suspicious Package Investigated at Tupelo Restaurant

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A suspicious package was investigated by the Tupelo Police Department Saturday Evening.

Around 6 P.M., police received a call of an unknown package at Cracker Barrel on Barnes Crossing Road east of Highway 45.

Officers quickly responded to the scene and set up a perimeter around the business to investigate the item.

By 6:20 P.M. police reported the scene as all clear.
