Man Dies After One-Car Crash In Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A Louisville man dies from injuries he sustained in a one-car crash early Friday morning.

Winston County coroner Scott Gregory tells WCBI News William E. Buggs, 50, lost control in a curve on North Columbus Avenue just around 1:40 Friday morning.

The car flipped multiple times and Buggs was ejected.

Gregory says Buggs was not wearing a seat belt. He was taken to Winston Medical Center and died several hours later.

Gregory says alcohol containers were found at the crash site and tests showed Buggs had alcohol in his system.
