MSDH is reporting 825 new COVID-19 cases and 76 deaths

JACKSON, Miss. (WCBI) – The state department of health is reporting 825 new cases and 76 deaths, today.

13 of the recent fatalities occurred in the WCBI viewing area.

913 people with COVID-19 are hospitalized across the state.

269 of those patients are in ICU. This means there are 71 open ICU beds in Mississippi.

Only four counties in the viewing area had ten or more new cases.

Lee and Lowndes Counties have 17 cases. Pontotoc has 13 and Oktibbeha has 10.
