Dick Rice, long-time WTVA meteorologist, passes away

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI)- Sad news out of Tupelo.

Dick Rice, the long-time meteorologist at WTVA News in Tupelo passed away on Saturday.

Rice was a familiar face in homes across north Mississippi until he assumed the role of Chief Meteorologist Emeritus.
