Belmont Man Charged with Manslaughter, Culpable Negligence

PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)-A Belmont man could faces 20 years in prison after being charged with manslaughter and culpable negligence.

A call came into the Prentiss County Sheriffs Department late Friday night to shots fired on 14 County Road 5121 where authorities reported finding a young white male with a single gunshot wound to the chest.

The body was identified as 21 year-old Dillon James Radke.

20 year-old Daniel “Wayne” Green turned himself in early Saturday morning for the allegedly shooting and killing of Radke.

Greens bond is set at $250,000 dollars.
