Columbus Man Charged With Child Enticement

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — A Columbus man is the latest person to be snared by the Tupelo Police cyber crimes unit for trying to entice a child into sex.

Tupelo Police say 29-year-old Casey Clayton Holmes was arrested Sunday. He’s the sixth person charged in the last six weeks with communicating with a teen girl via the Internet to meet for sex.

His bond has not yet been set.
