LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)-Bond has been set at $500,000 dollars each for the two men charged in the extensive destruction and vandalism of Winston Academy.

20 year-old Vernon Brown and 18 year-old Hunter Glass were arrested Saturday shortly after the discovery of the vandalism.

Today during their initial appearance before a judge, the men were each charged with 7 counts of burglary and 10 counts of felony malicious mischief.

The two reportedly took computers, a video camera, cash, and other items from the school as well.

Sheriff Jason Pugh says most of the items were recovered, including several computers a dive team fished out of the Winston County Creek.

A preliminary hearing date is set for March 13th in Winston County Justice Court.
