Tupelo Woman Charged with Aggravated Assault
TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI)-A Tupelo woman has been charged with Aggravated Assault after an altercation in the Crosstown Kroger parking lot.
Sunday (2-10-13) afternoon officials say the two women were in separate cars when they got into an altercation while on the road.
Both pulled into the Kroger parking lot where an argument started and one woman allegedly cut the other woman across the throat twice and then left.
The victim was taken to the North Mississippi Medical Center to be treated.
18 year-old Virginia Flores was later apprehended Sunday night around 8:30 by the Tupelo Police Patrol Unit.
Flores is charged with aggravated assault.
Her bond is set at $50,000 dollars.
