Video: Starkville Teen Pleads Guilty to Aggravated DUI

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)-A Starkville teen pleads guilty to six counts of aggravated DUI.
Austin Poole entered his plea today in connection to a May 2012 accident that killed 19 year old Treasure huffman and injured six others.
The 19 year old was sentenced to 25 years with five years suspended on the first count and five years in prison on each of the other counts to run concurrent with the first count.
Poole was charged after the Ford Explorer he was driving crashed near the intersection of Oktoc and Skinner roads shortly after midnight on May 9.
According to investigators, the SUV overturned ejecting the passengers after Poole ran a stop sign.
Huffman, a Starkville resident, was a sophomore at Mississippi State.
