Man Accused of Posting Stolen Items to Craigslist

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Lowndes County man is charged with burglary after authorities say he posted stolen items on Craigslist.

Michael Dean Wright was arrested yesterday and charged with Burglary of a Dwelling and Possession of a Weapon by a Felon.

According to Sheriff Mike Arledge, deputies patrolling the website noticed some items reported stolen, including a gun.

Wright was arrested and the items recovered.

He is currently on parole with the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
