Two Men Arrested and Charged With Kidnapping

WATER VALLEY, Miss. (WCBI)-A Water Valley man and an Oxford man authorities believe are linked to a kidnapping have been apprehended in Memphis.

45 year-old Keith Baker of Water Valley and 45 year-old Robert Carter of Oxford allegedly abducted a Water Valley woman from her home early last week.

She was found in Lafayette County still bound.

Authorities believe the motive was robbery and the victim may have known one of her kidnappers.

Both men are charged with Kidnapping, Robbery, and Grand Larceny.

Their bonds are set at $150,000 dollars each.
