Wife Claims Husband Beat Her, Arrest Made

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – A Vicksburg man is arrested in Oxford, after a woman claims she was beaten by her husband.

Oxford police, arrested Tyrell Tobias, 27, yesterday, March 12.

Tobias, is charged with Domestic Violence, Aggravated Assault.

Earlier that day, a woman filed a report, claiming she was assaulted by her husband at a business in Oxford.

Tobias was arrested and transported, to the Lafayette County Detention Center.

Bond is set at $2,500.
