* WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following
counties, Blount, Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker and Winston.

* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT this morning through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Much of the area has received 1-2 inches of rainfall
overnight into this morning, and more heavy rainfall from
strong to severe thunderstorms is anticipated today into
tonight. Rain may be very heavy at times in thunderstorms
especially this afternoon and evening, and increase the risk
for flash flooding.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Mississippi...

Tibbee Creek Near Tibbee affecting Clay County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Tibbee Creek near Tibbee.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night to late Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Flood water is covering the gravel road
south of West Point that leads to the Tibbee Creek bridge near
Tibbee.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 9.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Monday morning to a crest of 24.7 feet Monday evening.
- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.

Tombigbee River near Amory

For the Tombigbee River...including Fulton, Bigbee, Amory, Aberdeen
L & D...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Tombigbee River at Bigbee.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Bigbee Road just west of the river will
flood. Access to several homes will be restricted. Large area of
farm land will flood west of the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 4.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river will fall to 4.1 feet just after
midnight tonight. It will then rise above flood stage late
tomorrow evening to 21.6 feet Sunday morning. It will fall to
18.3 feet early Tuesday morning. It will then rise to 19.1
feet Tuesday evening. It will fall again but remain above
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

is occurring.

- At 7:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 11.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow evening to a crest of 26.7 feet early Sunday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday
morning.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Buttahatchie River near Aberdeen.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water is covering a portion of Air Base
Road located on the west bank of the river. Low-lying farmland is
flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 7.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river will fall to 7.5 feet just after
midnight tonight. It will then rise above flood stage Sunday
morning to 16.1 feet early Monday afternoon. It will fall to
15.6 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will then rise to 15.9
feet Wednesday morning. It will fall again but remain above
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
