following counties, Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker and Winston.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

Warning for the following rivers in Mississippi...

Tibbee Creek Near Tibbee affecting Clay County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Tibbee Creek near Tibbee.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon to early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flooding in low areas on the left bank is
occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Monday afternoon to a crest of 23.2 feet Monday
evening.
- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
