Fighting Cancer With Faith

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Faith over Fear. That’s how Lucy Gillespie Barnes of Starkville says she lives each day.

Her doctors say she’s facing an aggressive cancer, but she’s been told that before. In fact, she’s heard that news four other times.

But she says she chooses to focus on her faith, family, and network of friends to help her heal.
