OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)-A man receives 15 years for exploitation of a child. Johnathan Velez was found guilty by the Oktibbeha County Circuit Court. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison with 10 to be served and 5 suspended. Velez will also pay 51 thousand six hundred and twenty-one dollars in fees and restitution.
