Oxford Police Charge Woman With Exploitation
OXFORD, Miss. (Press Release) — On Monday, November 10 the Oxford Police Department arrested Heather Cox, 38, Clarksdale, for exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
On Saturday, October 11 a victim reported that her elderly relative, whom she has guardianship over, was exploited by Heather Cox. After all information was gathered and a total amount was figured, investigators filed charges on Cox.
She has been arrested and her bond is being held due to an MDOC hold. Ms. Cox is out on probation, a bond may be issued later in the week if MDOC takes off their hold.
