Mobile home catches on fire on Friday afternoon in Lowndes County

LOWNDES COUNTY, MISS. (WCBI) – Lowndes County firefighters attempt to save a mobile home this afternoon.

The fire happened at Shaw’s Mobile Home Park, on Mike Para Road.

County Fire Coordinator Neil Austin says no one was at home at the time of the blaze.

The home received moderate damage.

A pet was lost in the fire.
