3. Place stamp on envelope

Please follow these instructions:
1. Open your email account
2. In the subject of the email type "MY WIFE DESERVES IT"
3. Include all information requested to the right
4. Attach the essay and photograph per the instructions of
your particular email program - OR - cut-and-paste the
essay in the email and attach the photograph.

- Your NAME
- MAILING ADDRESS
- Daytime PHONE NUMBER
- A PHOTO of your wife.
- A short ESSAY, 200 words or less, telling us why your wife deserves this surprise makeover.
