WCBI-TV, MyMS, Northeast MS Coca-Cola Bottlers, Leigh Mall, and Northeast MS Medical Center are saluting The Best of the Class 2010.
The Best of the Class is a popular community service project that salutes graduating high school students in North Mississippi and West Alabama for academic excellence.
The valedictorians and salutatorians from the WCBI-TV community featured here were honored in May 2010 at a gathering at the Leadership Park located across the street from WCBI headquarters in Columbus, MS. Upon attending this event, each student was filmed in their cap & gown (or outfit of choice). Several student's videos are combined into 9 spots that will air on WCBI-TV and MyMS from now through the end of June. Watch all 9 spots right here - listed from spot #1 to spot #9. Would you like a copy of a student's Best of the Class spot?
Parents, teachers, students and/or counselors have the opportunity to purchase a copy of the 30-second message upon its availablity. Please contact WCBI via email or phone, to: bestoftheclass@wcbi.com, or call 662.327.4444. The tape will be $5 and will be mailed to you. The fee covers the cost of the tape and postage. |

The Best of the Class is an honorary event that takes place each year in May. Schools are asked to contact WCBI with their valedictorian and salutatorians information as soon as it is available. Also, the student's parent or school and/or the student should confirm the student's or their attendence at the annual event as soon as possible.
