ABERDEEN, Miss--- A Maben man is arraigned in Monroe County Circuit Court on a capital murder charge.  Tony William Davis Junior, who is 44 years old, is being held without bond. He appeared before Judge Jim Roberts Monday (11-2) afternoon. Davis is charged with killing Judith Eilenn Jones at her home on Athens Quincy Road back in February of 2002. It will be sometime next year before he stands trial.
