A Starkville man is recovering in a Jackson hospital after being shot several times in the head and neck area.
Investigators say it happened in the 800 block of North Montgomery about 11 PM Friday night.
Police do have two suspects but their names aren't being released at this time.
No arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation.
The victim is in stable condition, according to police.
